I know two people who moved to Canada from the U.S. Both were ultraliberal. One went there because lesbian marriage was more accommodating that the U.S. The other was married to a man, but extremely liberal. I looked at her social media page and her phone said VAXXED TO THE MAX! Amazing.
I know an immigrant family who moved there, but that doesn't count much.
I guess if you're on the Alberta prairie, you might be okay, but then they probably have a lot of federal reach from Ottawa. I was in British Columbia for an interview, but no way I would live there.
